The reception experience was exceptional, marked by professionalism and attentiveness. The staff were consistently willing and ready to assist with any needs. The room was impeccably clean, the bed provided good comfort, and convenient parking was readily available.

Everything was clean! Breakfast was amazing as per usual, hence why I keep visiting the hotel. The new male receptionist (cannot remember his name) he wears glasses, was super welcoming and very friendly. During my visit, the fire alarm went off, although I had to run and quickly evacuate the hotel (AS DIRECTED BY THE LOUD EMERGENCY SPEAKER/ ALARM) with two toddlers at 6:20 a.m in the morning, I liked that measures were in place in the event of a real fire/ emergency.

The location is great and it offers breakfast. Also, the room was what I requested. I loved the toiletry package. I also liked that the room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. We had a lively view of the pool. It was really nice that there were personalized messages in the room to welcome us.

The room was huge, well decorated and cozy. The king size bed was perfect, and room was perfectly clean when we arrived. Our pre-checkin was done by a brazillian girl, she was very professional and gave us a full support and indications of what to do in the neighborhood, kudos for her. Unfortunatelly, I forgot her name.

It was very comfortable and exclusive ! Strategically located and convenient for transportation to PTC miami Pilot training school ! The property has two star rating but it provides five star facilities ! The staff are extremely professional and humane at the same time ! Very courteous and respectfully customer centric !

The gym was small but had a nice selection of things to be active. The bartender, David, was amazing, and super welcoming. The location is fine, tranquil, and pleasant. Breakfast was good but a little too repetitive.

After we visited Miami and Everglades, a great place to stop and rest before a long drive to Keywest for next day. Hotel looks relaxing and neat. The lady in the reception is very friendly too. They have unlimited free coffee, different kinds of tea and water refill as well. Rooms are big, clean and modern. Of course, sumptuous breakfast enough to energize us for another long day.. Special thanks to the ladies in the reception and housekeeping that when we left our tripod, we got it back the next day as we drive back to Miami.

Hotel was perfect, everything I needed was in one location. The scenery was beautiful. I've already booked another stay and recommended the location to friends. Room was very nice and clean, breakfast was great-I just wish the dining hall was a bit larger but still no complaint. They even made sure my car was in view of the surveillance cameras due to the type of car I was driving.
